On-Line Banking

Banking anytime. Access your accounts, day or night, at your convenience. You can view balances, transfer funds, make payments, view history, view statements, and create alerts.

Simply enroll today.

  1. Click the "On-line Banking" button on the left side of the webpage. Choose "Personal Enrollment" or "Non-Personal Enrollment." Read the Enrollment Agreement and click “I Agree.”
  2. Simply fill out the Enrollment form and click submit. (Remember passwords must be 6 characters in length, 4 of which must be alpha characters, at least 1 number, and at least 1 special character).
  3. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment within 72 hours. (Check your junk e-mail if you don’t receive in your inbox). This email will contain information you will need the first time you log on.

The Bank of Urbana has made extensive efforts to keep your privacy and safety our number one priority. Rest assured that every page of our internet banking site uses 128-bit encryption. This means information being shared between your computer and our server is in code. Only our server and your computer have the key to unlock this code. A new code is created for every log on session. Please contact us for a full list of multi-factor authentication measures we have taken on your behalf.

Mobile Deposit

Bank of Urbana has made it even easier to take care of your banking needs on your schedule! With Mobile Deposit (a feature of the Bank of Urbana Mobile App), you can deposit checks by taking a photo of the check with the camera on your smart phone. Bill Pay

We are excited to offer you Bill Pay services.  If you already use our On-line Banking just sign in and click on the Bill Pay link.  You will be taken directly into the product after you finish the Bill Pay registration screen.  If you are not already taking advantage of our On-line Banking and want to start using Bill Pay, please follow the instructions listed above, under On-line Banking

Before enrolling here are a few things you will want to know.  As long as you pay at least one bill per month Bill Pay is free.  If you do not use Bill Pay at least one time during a calendar month, a $5 inactivity fee will be assessed for that month.  If you have questions about how bills are paid, Bill Pay Support can be reached at 1-800/877-8021 from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. central time seven days a week.
